Scott Wallyn has had over 20yrs experience in both renovations and new homes construction. Scott completed his apprenticeship at which time he was working in the extension and renovation side of the cottage industry. Scott has worked for himself ‘on the tools’ for some large building contractors and has seen a lot of changes through the years. Supervising for 12 yrs with local builders has shown Scott some varied methods of building and in doing this made him realize that the renovation side was where his passion lies. Scott completed his clerk of works certificate, management courses and holds a full builders License.
