“Labelmakers Group Pty Ltd is Australia’s largest privately owned label printing company with sites nationwide and overseas.

In 2015/6, Labelmakers engaged Pelenoy to design and install the foundations for our print bases in our new carton plant in Northmead.

The project cost was in the region of $150k.

At all times from tender process and project commencement to post completion, we at Labelmakers found the Pelenoy team to be professional, accommodating, efficient, innovative and cost conscious. The project, which was on a very strict deadline due to the relocation of printing presses, ran perfectly to schedule. During the course of the works, Pelenoy went above and beyond to find ways to make the project less costly without compromising the end result.

In each case Pelenoy won a competitive tender. All projects were completed within budget and on time. Any identified defects and or remedial works required were attended to immediatley and without fuss.

The project consisted of an array of commercial suits, industrial units and large complex common area in the form on-grade and upper podium decks capable of parking cars and rigid trucks. A child care centre and cafe were also included as part of the works. Largely a concrete structure, Pelenoy deployed due care and skill for both pre-cast and in-situ concrete elements of the design. The works were undertaken in a timely fashion, within the contract program and without dispute. Challenges faced were readily overcome and some six years beyond completion, the building is standing the test of time. Tenants speak highly of the development.

PMP limited is one of the largest printing and distribution companies of catalogues, magazines and marketing materials in Australasia and is the largest heat-set web offset printer in Australasia. Within the ‘PMP Print’ Division services include: Directories Printing, Retail Printing, Publishing, Government Printing, and Corporate Printing across Australia from major facilities located in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.

In 1993 Pelenoy commenced working with PMP at various sites around Australia.

The projects have varied in sizes from $300K to $21 million. The total value of works completed is approximatley $50 million.

The projects have consisted of office fit outs, building renovations, and constructing new building.
